AMD together we advance_ Reliability Engineer Job Scope: Support Reliability Engineering in Semiconductor Reliability monitor & Products Qualification test Plan, direct, and support Reliability Operation on Regulate Reliability monitor, Products Qualification & Risk Assessment Provides engineering support in first level non-destructive FA verification Perform setup, buyoff on Reliability Test Equipment (HTOL/THB/HAST/TC) Maintenance activities to enable equipment, systems and facilities are operated in a safe, efficiently and reliable manner Maintain of update to date Reliability Equipment capacity management database Support on Equipment Requisition to ensures that projects deliverables are met and all associated documentation (Initial Assessment for new equipment, contractor RA & installation permit) is established. Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Microelectronic / Electronics Engineering Minimum 2 years experience in Reliability Environment Stress Test Experience and knowledge with MCC High power burn in, High Acceleration Stress Test, Temperature Cycling & IR Reflow is advantage Good communication skills and strong problem-solving skills Initiative, accountability and willingness to learn #LI-SP2
