Mission Details

Arkema is recruiting for the start-up of its Jurong Island plant in Singapore, an engineer(e) Reliability Engineer units 3000/4000 expatriate status.

Under the responsibility of the Amination/Bromuration Department manager, you ensure a technical and human link between the various components of the service. As an expert on the operation of the department\xe2\x80\x99s workshops, you validate and take charge of the technical aspect of the modifications
You contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of the units, the growth of its capacity and the reduction of their impact on the environment.

ACTIVITY

- Monitoring and improving the operation of the units in collaboration with the operator and the process
- Transfer of technical knowledge to the operational team in connection with the process.
- Operational improvement procedures
- Active participation in ramp-up and optimization of both units.
- Steering the management process for the change sheets and clearly defining the objectives and quantifying the challenges.
- Ad hoc missions aimed at assisting the service in its operation
- Proposal for actions as project leader.
- Contributes to and participates in studies and expertise carried out on the sector in the context of regulatory developments and monitoring
- Guarantor of archiving on the factory network.
- Technical studies to optimise the operation of the installations.
- Construction and follow-up with the factory and industrial manager of the reliability action plan.

The areas concerned are, inter alia, process and IT related.

Required Profile

General Engineer, you have at least 10 years of experience.

You are able to follow simultaneously many very diverse subjects and you know how to work independently.
Your organizational qualities and your rigour will be indispensable to the treatment of subjects, sometimes in the form of mini projects.
Your listening skills and communication facilities are assets for this cross-functional position.

The context requires fluent English.
