Key Responsibilities Perform reliability test data logging, test verification & update and compliance documentation Carry out reliability testing activities such as product qualifications, compliance testing and reliability monitoring Perform UUT (unit under test) manual testing that involves minimum physical efforts Lab reports and log sheets compilation and documentation Lab equipment calibration management and update Perform reliability lab 5s Technical Requirement Experience in setting up fixture setup and basic understanding on fits, form and function Understand basic ergonomics requirement during setup Understand basic safety practices during testing Experience in linux/putty working platform will be advantageous but not compulsory Experience in COBOT robot will be advantageous but not compulsory Basic computer knowledge and experience with microsoft word, excel and powerpoint. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in testing field related Personal Traits

  • attention to details on test setup and test results
  • display acumen in identifying key area of reliability testing e.g. detecting abnormalities in data or setup non-conformance
  • take positive actions with self-discipline
How will you get here? Education
  • Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics or Computing Engineering
Experience
  • Min 3~5 years reliability/hardware test experience, preferably in NPI (New Product Introduction) environment for Medical Device, Consumable product, Semiconductor Industry
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Good communication skills and able to work well with team members of diverse backgrounds or independently under tight schedule.
  • Able to communicate concisely on technical issues.
  • Computer literate.
  • Detailed and thorough in work output.
