Job Description

Job description-Analyze customer needs
-Prepare price quotes
-Perform quality checks
-Deliver translations to clients
-Close deals with US customers
-Increase customer retention by resolving customer issues
-Establish strong positive customer relation to build repeat business and promoters contributing quality referrals
-Communicate with clients via email, chat and phone
-Make multiple phone calls a day
-Work independently at home (rotational shift, 5-6days/week)QualificationsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills with neutral accent
-Minimum 2 years of outbound Sales experience
-Customer-service focused (preferably with at least 5yrs BPO experience)
-Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Gmail, CRM)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work under stress and pressure
