What we expect from you

Customer Experience excellence
  • Attend to after-sales customer requests
  • Create Rental Agreements/Reservations
  • File customer deal details - uploaded into share point
  • If necessary - hold resource to Reservations
  • Review required customer needs and if necessary, Coordinate for Fleet transfers
  • Create rental contracts, deliveries/collections
  • Validate All Open Rental Contracts - Update Estimate return date
  • Review and update job locations on open contracts
  • Liaison and coordination with customers for Service team\'s site entry, rental and fleet documentations, on-rents, and off-rents
  • Customer billing
Cross Functional / Admin Responsibilities
  • Creation and maintenance of rental records in the ERP system as well as physical copies to satisfy audit requirements
  • Work with the team to prepare rental package for rents including ensuring completeness of fleet and rental documentations, and manpower planning and scheduling
  • Assist in fleet scrapping activities as per company procedure
  • Extend financial support at the local level:
  • Supplier invoice processing including invoice dispute handling
  • Assist in month-end reports for local expenses
Vendor Management
  • Create purchase orders/maintain purchase order data base on share point
  • Coordinate with Transporter
  • Responsible for handling procurement for the team:
  • Parts, and MRO sourcing, purchasing, end-to-end Purchase Order handling, delivery follow-up
  • Vendor registration and maintenance, annual vendor evaluation
  • Maintain, and establish relationship with key suppliers
  • Process Transporter & Crane Invoice
  • Received instructions from Sales for pickup
  • Uploading shipping documents on share point
Logistic & Inventory Management
  • Process order of spare parts in system and delivery
  • Handle logistics arrangements - prepare shipping documents, liaise with transportation parties for incoming/ outgoing shipments, material handling bookings, interdepot incoming/ outgoing movements
  • Provide Sales support on logistics advisory
  • Provide Service support on Service personnel certifications, site entry requirements, work order creation and monitoring
  • Yearly inventory check for spare parts
Digital tools (360-degree views on service operations)
  • 100% usage of ERP in rental contract management throughout the rental process
Requirement
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
  • Some experience in SAP or any ERP system would be valuable
  • We welcome fresh graduates to gain initial practical experience in this role
  • Well organised, adept time management, and good problem-solving skills
  • You have a structured, independent way of working and a quick grasp
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
