Representative, Facilities Management
The candidate will the one of the primary POCs on site upkeep, client visit preparations and ensures that facilities-related employee needs are attended to.
- Site upkeep which includes 7 floors with a total square are 17,247.27 and management of 44 outsourced staff.
- Assist during high level visits in addition to the potential visits being scheduled by Sales Team as Exxa is one of CNX's showcase sites.
- Monitoring of site consumables and help in making sure that the site is working on the allotted budget.
- Asset Retrieval for WAH/termed employees - makes sure that record keeping is accurate and updated.
- Helps in managing the pantry and in ensuring that we improve on services and give our employees the best experience.
- Manages parking requests / monitoring.
- Room reservation management
- Non-IT Helpdesk Management
