• understand and analyze business requirements from our various, global stakeholders
• gather, interpret, and document a set of functional and system requirements and translate it into fit for purpose of functional and technical specifications
• drive business engineering by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
• identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
• work efficiently and collaboratively in virtual teams across organizational boundaries
• together with technical SMEs and architects, develop the solution design to deliver the requirements
• be able to drive project analysis F2B in a complex environment with multiple dependencies across Client Orders divisions

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou\'ll be working in Cross-Asset Widget pod - \'Trade Capture & Management\' crew, in Singapore, part of Trade & Transfer Assets stream in CDIO IT. We build, support, and transform trading applications for UBS Global Wealth Management and P&C Clients - Our global cross-asset platform supports Equities, Funds, Fixed income, Treasury Products, Structured Products and Digital AssetsYour expertiseYou have:

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst for banking industry, preferably with project experience in Order Management systems
• strong knowledge about financial products, preferably Equities, Treasury Products and Structured Products
• strong analytical sense that interpret a set of functional and technical requirements
• attention to details and ability to understand complex front-to-back problems
• excellent communication skills, able to manage across different stakeholder segments located in Europe and APAC
• strong ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted working relationships
• hands-on Agile methodologies experience such as Scrum/Kanban, experience with JIRA/GitLab, Confluence
