Position Title: Research Intern (Intern)Reporting RelationshipAccountable to: Business Development and Marketing HeadReports to: Business Development ManagerPosition Purpose: To help management decide in acquiring new business opportunities for the company whether by improving or enhancing the current company or by finding new possibilities outside the company and its current market.Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Provide real estate industry research, feasibility study, and financial run on new and existing business opportunities and plan how to utilize, acquire, and/or develop them.
• Collaborate with other teams and other assistance providers to deliver high-quality project outputs.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification

• Studying Economics, Finance, and Accountancy, Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, Architecture, Legal, or any related course.

Experience

• At least 2nd-year college or its unit equivalent.
• Research and interpreting data
• Market study
• Due diligence

Required Knowledge

• Basic Accounting
• Research and Feasibility study
• Business Management
• Marketing and Corporate Communications

Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively, lead, and reach consensus among diverse actors, including companies, government officials, community leaders, members, and representatives.
• Capacity to work independently and effectively within tight deadlines.
• Ability to present data confidently.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality projects required.
• Must be able to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
• Fluent in English or Filipino
