Research Assistant (materials Engineering)

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated research assistant to work on a funded research project that looks into self-healing electronics and soft robotics. The staff will fabricate, characterise and model the device.
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold an internationally recognised bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, material science/engineering, mathematics, or related field
- Technical depth, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills
- Experience with design and build stretchable electronics and soft robots
- Hands-on experience experience in soft materials characterizations, e.g., SEM, tensile testing, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, etc.
