Taking care of daily food prep and duties assigned to you . Complete daily tasks and follow instructions from immediate superiors . Estimate daily production needs . Ensuring the quality of raw and cooked food meets our standards . Ensuring production, prep and presentation of food are always at the highly quality . Ensuring highest levels of guest satisfaction, food quality, as well as operating and food costs on an ongoing-basis You will be expected to: . Know all standard procedures and policies of food prep, receiving, storage and sanitation . Be responsible for personal hygiene, safety and correct usage of equipment and utensils . Be aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards . Have a good working relationship with your team
