VFlowTech (VFT) is reinventing energy storage with Vanadium redox flow technology, with a vision to develop the cheapest and most scalable Vanadium redox flow batteries in the world. VFT solution is proven to be one of the safest, most durable and environmentally friendly battery technologies.

VFT is a spin-off of the CleanTech lab of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and benefits from unique IP arising from many years of intensive research at NTU. VFT founders and management team have deep experience in the renewable space, and Vanadium redox flow technology.

• Assist in developing and conducting research for vanadium redox flow batteries
• Assist in modelling, simulating testing and characterizing VRFB battery of various sizes
• Testing and evaluation of active materials for VRFB
• Performing material and electrochemical characterization (in-situ and ex-situ such as cell cycling, CV, EIS , XRD, resistance measurement etc.)
• Assist in publications and IPs

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a STEM field such as Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or similar field.
• Prior experience of working in battery research or industry (preferably in flow battery/fuel cell or similar)
• Knowledge in simulation and CAD tools
• Experience with electrochemical and material characterization
• Experience working in a lab, including a solid understanding of laboratory safety preferred
• 1-2 years experience
