Job Scope

• Conceptualize, plan, develop, and oversee research projects within designated research themes.
• Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and interpret research data.
• Prepare presentations and write and review research proposals, papers, abstracts, and publications for local and international journals.
• Assist in developing research networks with local and foreign institutions/universities to support the department\'s research efforts.
• Provide training and guidance to build research capability and competency within the organization.
• Supervise research assistants and coordinators, and mentor junior research team members.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: PhD in public health, health services research, or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies and healthcare program evaluation.
• Publications: Preferably a track record of first-author publications in medical, health services research, or public health literature.
• Research Management: Proven ability to initiate and successfully manage research projects.
• Healthcare Setting: Prior research experience in a healthcare setting.
• Health Economic Evaluation: Experience in health economic evaluation is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in literature search and reference management software (e.g., Endnote).
• Statistical Software: Familiarity with statistical software applications such as SPSS or STATA and/or qualitative analytic software such as NVivo.
