Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Dr Boxiang Liu on high-throughput functional validation of splicing quantitative trait loci.The main responsibilities of the position include:
1. High throughput CRISPR/Cas9 screening
2. Single-cell transcriptomic analysisQualifications
- Qualifications/Discipline: PhD in Biology or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Molecular biology, gene editing, cell culture.
- Experience: At least 4 years of PhD-level research experience.
