Job Description



You will undertake translational immunology research projects that focus on human diseases and immunotherapy, including CAR T and iPSC approaches. You will use flow and mass cytometry and other immunomics tools as well as mouse animal models for your project. You will plan extensively and follow-up closely for experiments that require troubleshooting and decide on alternative experimental plans if necessary in a timely manner, You will prepare periodic reports and end-of-project analysis as part of the study. Current projects at STIIC include those on immunotherapy approaches for autoimmune and transplant rejection.

Job Requirements

  • PhD in Immunology or related fields
  • Preferably with 1-2 years' experience in an immunology research laboratory, with experience in routine immunology, cell biology and molecular biology techniques including lentivirus vector design for immunotherapy. Experience with mouse handling and working with primary human immune cells (T Cells) is desirable.
  • Team player who can communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Meticulous with the ability to deliver against tight timelines
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
