The Talent
PhD in a discipline related to Human Capital topics (e.g., Sociology, Organisational Psychology, Business and Management, Econometrics)
Minimum 5 years of research experience, with extensive experience in relevant topics, e.g., Human Capital Strategy, Adult Workforce Development
Experience in mixed research methods
Experience in developing and publishing research studies
Experience in project management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SPSS, R/ Python
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience in seeking research grants is preferable
Develop new concepts/ ideas for research to influence thought leadership in Singapore
Develop research objectives and proposals, select appropriate research methodologies and conduct analysis of data with sufficient rigour
Apply for appropriate research grants, where applicable
Develop ideas for application of research outcomes/ findings
Present research findings at conferences/ exhibits at appropriate events and act as an advocate for progressive practices
Design the research content strategy based on trending/ emerging topics/issues
Have a view to commercialising and/or productising research content, insights and data
Write or contribute to publications of brief research articles and white papers on social media/ website/ news outlets
Lead and collaborate with the team to support research project operations for both internal research, as well as joint research partnership with other agencies/ organisations
Provide reports or presentations for update in management and stakeholder meetings
