: Executive/Senior Executive, Research, Group Strategy Responsibilities Track and analyse global & regional macroeconomic and real estate trends to formulate market views and investment strategies Manage and maintain research databa : Executive/Senior Executive, Research, Group Strategy Responsibilities Track and analyse global & regional macroeconomic and real estate trends to formulate market views and investment strategies Manage and maintain research databases to facilitate information storage, retrieval and usage Assist in updating market views and investment strategy recommendations participate and contribute to discussions with other internal teams to develop consensus-driven house views Update relevant content to present views held on the real estate markets for the Quarterly RE Market Overview & Outlook report and other market debriefs as required Conceptualise data visuals and infographics to complement written work create and format placemats, reports, PowerPoint slides, etc. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate / Finance (other disciplines might be considered) Minimum 1 year experience in real estate, ideally in real estate research (sell-side / buy-side / consulting) Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within and across teams Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications Experience using desktop publishing software such as InDesign, PageMaker, etc. will be an advantage To apply, please email your resume in MS Word format to [HIDDEN TEXT] indicating in your CV the following information: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
