Responsibilities

You will be part of the team that develops arts infrastructure frameworks in partnership with key government agencies to diversify spaces for arts in Singapore and work with venue owners to integrate the arts into the average Singaporean lifestyle.

- Assist in research project on arts infrastructure

- Analyse data and present findings to guide policy formulation

- Prepare database of listings for online space resource directory

- Provide infrastructure planning project support particularly in processing tenders procurement

- Prepare automated processes and data visualization

Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration (other disciplines will be considered)

Minimum 1-2 years experience in real estate, ideally in real estate research / leasing / tenancy

Experience in public sector tenders / procurements

Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within and across teams

Meticulous and detail oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
