Job Description

Support ECP & PVD tool operation and Engineering work including manual processing, chemical change, related metrology recipe creation and measurement.
First line troubleshooting for equipment related issues
Process all regular and Engineering DOE lots as per the MES runsheet (Wafer movement, measurement & inspection)
Collect SPC data and update to MES
Maintain the real-time accuracy of lots movement and equipment status in the MES system
Monitoring and awareness of equipment performance discrepancies with timely communication to Lead
Support on internal audits as needed for ISO certification
Documentation and sustaining of Equipment Operations WI and operations related SOP
Always ensure good housekeeping (5S) in the work environment.
Participate actively in assigned on-the-job and other required training.
Provide clear, accurate, and detailed daily pass-down
Seek and provide feedback to leadership and co-workers, to make positive changes in performance
Identify and promptly report hazards to Area Lead.
Always follow safety protocols & basic rule of Clean Room.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics or Materials Engineering.
Preferably with minimum 3 years of semiconductor industry experience (in the domain of Lithography, Etch, Clean, PVD, PECVD, Diffusion, Ion Implantation, Epitaxy, CMP, ECP, Bonding, Metrology) with hands-on experience with equipment operations
On-the-job mentorship will be provided
Strong problem solving and data analysis skills. (i.e. Root-Cause-Analysis, DMAIC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, JMP, Minitab, etc) is an advantage
Candidate must be able to communicate with inter-department at any technical level. Must be a self-starter, dependable and highly motivated.
