\xc2\xb7 Create and maintains reservation records by date of arrivals.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all reports are updated and filed correctly.
\xc2\xb7 Attend to enquiries through reservations hotlines and email.
\xc2\xb7 Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
