• Provide quality, accurate and personalised one-stop information service for the Hotel.
• Prior to arrival, be the “voice” of YOTEL for customer communications via all mediums, delivering superlative service to all, while always “selling” the Hotel and the Brand. Including, but not limited to:

a. Handling all reservation calls, converting at least 30% of gross calls. b. Managing all general email boxes, responding and distributing as needed.

• Providing assistance and guidance to guests and customers over the phone, answer guest inquires and resolve and service related issues in an efficient and effective manner.
• Knows the hotel product, type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
• Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
• To maximise the hotel’s incremental revenue by actively improving the upselling program and incentives.
• Understands the hotel’s policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
• Knows the credit policy of the hotel.
• Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
• Prepares letters of confirmation.
• Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing. Ensure that e-files are kept up to date.
• Communicate accurately reservation information and guest requests to Mission Control.
• Processes cancellations, modifications and advance deposits promptly.
• Manage room availability as and when required in Opera and other Travel Agent extranet.
• Assists in pre-arrival activities when appropriate.

Work requirements

• Shift schedule - Earliest shift starts at 8am, latest shift ends at 7pm.
• 5 days work week
