At least 1 year working experience specialized in hotel/travel reservations.
Detail-oriented, strong work ethic and has passion in delivering excellent customer service.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and diplomatic in handling customer complaint issues
Must be amenable to work in Head Office, Ortigas Center Pasig City.
Available to start ASAP.
