The Pan Pacific Orchard presents the pinnacle of design by award-winning WOHA, located in Singapore\'s prime district Orchard Road.

The 23-floor destination hotel redefines the city\'s landscape with four themed open-air terraces of distinctive design concepts - Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud.

Nestled amidst the Forest Terrace is new signature restaurant Mosella, which will introduce a sharing concept of Mediterranean cuisine with a refreshing Peruvian twist. The Beach Terrace will bring a resort-like experience to the heart of the city, and above, the Garden Terrace will be home to Florette, the Champagne & Oysters specialty bar. At the highest levels of the Cloud Terrace, level 18 will house Orchard\'s highest pillarless ballroom, Claymore Ballroom.

The Role

Be part of an amazing team at PAN PACIFIC ORCHARD, SINGAPORE to redefine the city\'s landscape.

The Reservations Ambassador is responsible in coordinating, organizing and facilitating the success of group reservation services.

Our Expectations:

• Ensure all site minders for third party intermediaries (TPI) bookings are keyed in at the start of the day.

• Attend to all incoming calls (external or TPI)
• Clear all in-house reservations and TPI emails within 48 hours, with the exception of a weekend. Follow up as required.
• Print No-Show and cancellation reports in the absence of Reservations Team Lead.
• Print \'Entered on and by\' report in the absence of Reservations Team Lead.
• Create VIP and courtesy rate bookings.
• Raise refunds for waiver cases.
• Investigate chargeback cases.
• Prepare Commission report on a monthly basis.

Talent Profile

We are looking for a self-motivated Reservations Ambassador with excellent communication skills as well as good judgement. You should have an eye for detail with good follow-up skills with the ability to adapt to ever changing requirements and needs of customers.
