To supervise the project to ensure that the works are constructed in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
Manage and supervise the RTOs in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision.
Provide administrative control and maintaining proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records and inspections checklists.
Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolving site discrepancies to prevent delays.
Attend site meetings, highlighting foreseeable problems and recommending possible solutions.
Requirements
Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with which 3 years must be in MOE project/LTA project as RE.
Must have accredited as RE (C&S).
Project location: Woodlands (School project) / Changi East (LTA Project)
