Provide on-site supervision of civil and structural works as required, ensuring compliance with project specifications, construction drawings, and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
Lead and manage a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officers (RTOs), ensuring they perform their duties effectively and take responsibility for their work and performance.
Oversee all aspects of construction, including maintaining records of works, materials, and equipment on-site.
Attend meetings, document discussions, and prepare meeting minutes.
Assist in coordinating the contractor's work with consultants and external stakeholders, such as neighboring contractors and utility companies.

Requirements:
Possess a recognized Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
Must be a registered Resident Engineer (RE) with BCA.
Minimum 5 years of site supervisory experience in LTA projects.
* Proficient in English and capable of using computers and relevant software, including Microsoft Office applications.
