• User configuration with Scope and Span

\xef\x82\xa7 NMS/EMS Service Provisioning:

• LSP and SDP tunnel configuration
• VPN services (VLL, VPLS, VPRN) configuration
• Services configuration changes
• Services deletion

\xef\x82\xa7 NMS/EMS Network Operations Support including:

• New network element configuration
• Network routing setup
• MPLS infrastructure configuration
• Monitoring and surveillance activities
• Event detection and isolation
• Fault resolution
• Routine diagnostics and corrective action management

\xef\x82\xa7 NMS/EMS Training and Knowledge Transfer for Customer NOC engineers:

• Network knowledge on NMS/EMS
• Overviews of Nokia NMS/EMS product documentation

Note: no formal Nokia training documentation to be transferred \xef\x82\xa7 Process Improvements

• On-going evaluation and recommendations to Customer on NMS/EMS NOC process and procedures

NMS/EMS Project Development

• OSS/BSS system integration testing or any other NMS/EMS related testing at client\xe2\x80\x99s lab or production environment
• Maintaining the documentation and configuration of Clients NMS/EMS lab environment

Skills Required: -Aware of these Technologies: i.
