Job Description
Project Site: Woodlands HDB
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client\'s requirements.
- Report to C&S QP, work closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
- Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor\'s works on site.
- Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
- Manage the site supervisors with respect to civil and structural engineering works.
- Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
- Bachelor Degree in C&S Engineering from an University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
- Registered Resident Engineer (with BCA / IES / ACES)
- Precast experiences are preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore Building Control Act and Construction Regulations.
- Strong knowledge of structural materials, details, shop drawings and local construction practices, strong in coordination skill among architect/C&S/M&E works.
- Basic knowledge of Architectural and M&E details and construction works on site.
