Resident Poultry Farm ManagerBrief : As a Poultry Farm Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of the poultry farm, maintaining quality broiler production, handling 250,000 of livestock, and ensuring the workplace safety of all employees and visitors on the farm, in line with the company Health & Safety Policies.Responsibilities will include: 1. Ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met2. Manage and achieve production targets3. Maintain Safe Working Practices4. Ensuring Welfare of Livestock5. Ventilation Management6. Complete Documentation and Record Keeping7. Managing and motivating a team8. Capable of minor equipment trouble shootingQualifications: 1. BS in Veterinary Medicine or Agriculture major in Animal Science (Preferred)2. Strong Communication and Leadership Skills3. Effective People Management Skills4. Practical farming experience in Broiler Chicken Farming at least 5 years5. Extensive experience or theory is preferred or combination of both.6. Can work under pressure.7. Ability to Carry Out Manual Duties.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
