Department: Operations Reporting to: General Manager, Operations Roles & Responsibilities: . * Assists the GM, Operations in the planning and preparation of weekly farm production schedule (i.e Department: Operations Reporting to: General Manager, Operations Roles & Responsibilities: . Assists the GM, Operations in the planning and preparation of weekly farm production schedule (i.e. for entire farm operations) and quarterly Department's KPIs (Key Performance Indices). . Responsibility includes logistics, operations performance and production planning. . Responsible for monitoring and managing the daily operations of the farm system (including daily consumption of raw materials for farm's operational usage), inventory management (including updating of weekly inventory sheet) as well as delivery requirements of the crops' produce. . Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the farm systems, equipment as well as cold-room. . Co-works with the Farm Facility team in the overall maintenance requirements of the farm systems, equipment as well as cold-room. . Ensure workplace safety compliance for the entire mega farm. . Maintains proper record-keeping of production and inventory data for operational analysis works. . Co-works closely with GM, Operations on resource planning, scheduled machinery downtime, processes' optimization including quality delivery of operational tasks. . Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the Production Department. Responsible for the development and implementation of the indoor farm's workflow processes in accordance with applicable ISO and local governing standards. . To deploy Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for continual improvements. Assists the GM, Operations on the maintenance of certification standards (e.g. HACCP, GAP) for the farm operations, including but not limiting to SOPs, production checklists and documents as well as records-keeping. Requirements: . Minimum Diploma holder in Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Science or equivalent. Fresh graduate(s) and/or NonDiploma Holders with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant work experience with good understanding and/or experience in Agriculture/Hydroponics industry would be advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related farm operating software applications. Bilingual proficiency, result-oriented and a strong customer service mindset to work efficiently across the Departments. Able to work independently and multi-task effectively with minimal supervision couple with a 'can-do' attitude. A strong team player whom is meticulous with a positive learning attitude. Possesses good communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels.
