Responsibilities: * to check that all construction work which includes ERSS, precast structure, fa ade, and all other works for the project are in accordance to authorities' approved drawings and s Responsibilities: to check that all construction work which includes ERSS, precast structure, fa ade, and all other works for the project are in accordance to authorities' approved drawings and shopdrawings approved by the Superintending Officer representative. to verify that all construction work complies to specifications in regard to materials, workmanship, quality and accuracy. This include checks on setting-out, level and layout of structure and architectural work on site to inspect for faulty workmanship and material incorporated in the works and to issue instructions for rectifications to issue such further instructions and clarifications of details as and when required and to inform Superintending Officer representative assistant. to work closely with fellow Resident Technical Officer (RTOs) including the Mechanical & Electrical RTO on work duties and tasks allocation. to participate in Progress and Technical meeting as and when required by Superintending Officer representative. to verify and ensure Contractor workmanship of Interior Fit-Out Works and that intent of design details are followed to verify and sign off inspection forms, quality related issues and subsequently hold joint inspections with Contractor on hand over of Works to users monitor actions by contractors to achieve targeted completion dates, including Defects Rectification during the Defects liability Period (DLP) Requirements: Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with some experience in architectural and ID Fit-Out quality inspections.
