Project Site: Bukit Batok Responsibilities: * Assist Resident Engineer on site in supervision and inspection of construction works, to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements. * Work closely with C&S QP, Res Project Site: Bukit Batok Responsibilities: Assist Resident Engineer on site in supervision and inspection of construction works, to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements. Work closely with C&S QP, Resident Engineer and other Resident Technical Officers and contractors to resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion of the project. Implement and sustain the site supervision quality & safety assurance system. Carry out supervision of structural & geotechnical works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. Carry out basic supervision of M&E works. Be familiar with and check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shopdrawings). Carry out regular site checks on contractor & ensure compliance with health and work safety in accordance with MOM regulation. Ensure proper maintenance and updating of site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc. Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing material delivered to site. Requirements: Possess recognized diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore. Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer Practicing Certificate. Minimum 5 years of C&S RTO and architectural work experience in supervision of multi-storey building with basement construction, with strong knowledge of bored piling, precast structures, structural steel, post-tensioning beam/slab, architectural works and local construction practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
