Job Description
& Requirements
The Resident Technical Officer represents clients on construction site. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and details of projects. Ensure that construction projects follow contracts and regulations. Inspect materials and workmanship. Perform tests to check the quality of materials. Prepare progress reports for their clients.
What we're looking for
Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer or Site Supervisor in the construction industry Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, including familiarity with relevant codes, standards and regulations Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and other construction documents
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 16 months
Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
RTO CERT (Required)
