JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversees all aspects of the Hospitality Division in accordance with the Company mission statement, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. Responsible for the hiring, training and discipline of all Hospitality staff.Must perform each essential duty and responsibility as listed below in a safe and satisfactory manner, while being customer and stakeholders focused.Primary ResponsibilitiesService

  • Creates an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Monitors the performance of the Hospitality Division through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and financial reports. Initiates corrective action.
  • Provide leadership to the Hospitality Division staff and develop a strong management team capable of meeting and exceeding the needs of a customer-focused operation. .
  • Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action.
  • Participate significantly in the development of strategic business plans and objectives.
  • Serve as Key Advisor to Executive Management and drive major strategic issues/projects.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis for potential acquisitions and development of existing brands.
  • Develops accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Company's mission statement.
  • Together with the Group Executives assess opportunities for growth and improvements.
  • Develop a comprehensive franchising model and manual which will provide the ability to franchise certain brands.
  • Prepares financial reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances.
  • Establishes and maintains a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with established labor regulations.
  • Maintains an appropriate level of community public affairs involvement.
  • Executes marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the Hospitality Division's business plan.
  • Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains applicable preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the Hospitality Division.
* Implements and maintains effective open-door communication system that crosses departmental lines in order to reach all employees.
  • Understands the government regulations affecting the Hospitality Divisions' operations, ensuring each outlet/company is operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority.
  • Deals with the general public, customers, employees and government officials with tact and courtesy.
  • Accepts full responsibility for managing an activity.
  • Adherence to group policies and procedures at all times.
  • Prepare a monthly General Manager's report encapsulating the entire Hospitality Division's overview, operation and financial performance, strategy and objectives.
  • Be very familiar with Labour Law and current HR practices in the respective countries/industries.
  • Efficient operations and cost control of all outlets and companies within the Hospitality Division.
  • Food and beverage consistently maintained to standards and quality, innovativeness, service and presentation.
  • The attaining and maintenance of service levels that exceeds expectations.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php120,000.00 per monthBenefits:
