Job Description

• Solicit/identify new business opportunities, follow up on business referrals/enquiries and potential sales
• Conduct site inspection for potential clients
• Generate proposals and contracts
• Issue function orders, specifying instructions and coordinate with respective internal departments
• Communicating client\'s needs to respective departments, handle any issues that may arise, coordinate with suppliers and respective internal departments to resolve issues in order to maximise guest satisfaction
• Provide feedback to sales leadership on market situation and competitor\'s activities
• Work with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
• Work with sales leadership to generate \'out of box\' ideas for sales and motivational initiatives in developing promotional packages and sales strategies
• Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
• Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales application

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 5 years\' experience in hospitality industry dealing with corporate market (additional TA experience will be advantageous).
• OPERA knowledge is a must
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of product, sales strategies, processes and available resources
• Customer-focused and ability to provide solutions to problems
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines
• Proficiency in MS office
• A team player and adaptable to changes
