Solicit/identify new business opportunities, follow up on business referrals/enquiries and potential sales
Conduct site inspection for potential clients
Generate proposals and contracts
Issue function orders, specifying instructions and coordinate with respective internal departments
Communicating client\'s needs to respective departments, handle any issues that may arise, coordinate with suppliers and respective internal departments to resolve issues in order to maximise guest satisfaction
Provide feedback to sales leadership on market situation and competitor\'s activities
Work with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
Work with sales leadership to generate \'out of box\' ideas for sales and motivational initiatives in developing promotional packages and sales strategies
Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales application
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any field
Minimum 5 years\' experience in hospitality industry dealing with corporate market (additional TA experience will be advantageous).
OPERA knowledge is a must
Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledge of product, sales strategies, processes and available resources
Customer-focused and ability to provide solutions to problems
Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines
Proficiency in MS office
A team player and adaptable to changes
