:: We are looking for a competent and reliable Resource Management Officer to support Riverside Primary School in its daily administrative and logistical functions. This is a contract role running from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, with the possibility of extension for an additional year. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of school activities, ranging from assisting in laboratory setups to maintaining stock records for essential resources.Role and Responsibilities:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break).
• Prepare and assist with laboratory equipment, including setting up experiments and ensuring the cleanliness of labs after tasks.
• Support teachers by liaising on logistical needs for practical tasks, competitions, and other events.
• Ensure the laboratory and store areas are well-maintained and stocked with necessary materials.
• Assist in supervising students during practical tasks.
• Conduct monthly stock checks and update inventories as needed.
• Handle other administrative tasks as instructed by the Head of Department (HOD) or School Leaders.

Requirements:

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident only.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a school setting or similar environment.
• GCE "O" Level qualification preferred, but candidates with relevant expertise and experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
