Job Description
To provide resource planning services to support referral access to care in Specialist Outpatient Clinic.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(A) Specific * To support patient\'s access to care in the Outpatient Clinic. This includes receiving and facilitating appointment related queries from Contact Centre, Wards, A&E etc
- To assist and support scheduling of clinic\'s first visit referrals
- To support executive/ manager in reducing first visit appointment lead time and to improve first visit capacity
- To support executive/ manager in managing first visit no-show rate
- To assist in non-NGEMR transcribing work; including liaising with other clinics/hospitals where necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of patient\'s information and adhere to PDPA guidelines
- Attend continuing education and training on regular basis to maintain one\'s competency
- To undertake other duties when assigned
(A) Education, Training and Experience
- Minimum GCE \'N\'/ \'O\' Level or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related experience preferred
- Possess positive attitude, initiative, and keenness to learn
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in Resource Planning for NGEMR will be an advantage
