Responsible for the daily operations and management of the outlet, with occasional Outdoor Catering orders
Provide leadership to team and ensure targets are met
Analyze, develop, implement and improve on SOPs
Handle and respond to all customer enquiries, including menu planning
Coordinate restaurant operations including planning staff schedules, and relevant reports/paperwork
Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep of restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standard
Lead and motivate staffs in achieving sales and customer satisfaction
Ensure positive customer service in all areas
