Job Description

Creating an attractive atmosphere in Omni bar through service and ambiance Deliver beverages an meals to our guests across Food & Beverage outlets Ensure all purchases are processed accurately Daily preparation and closing of bar area, including stock management and cleaning duties Be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the guest and restaurant management team Control the bar during service, taking orders and issuing bills and act as the lead when the Bar Manager is absent Coach new bartenders and bar backs following a training schedule and ensure the correct standards and methods of service are maintained Have an understanding of stock control and assist the Bar Manager in weekly stock taking Responsible for managing all Bar operations to deliver unrivalled guest experience, with a focus on creativity and authenticity Responsible for continually checking that guest service standards are set, implemented and monitored in line with set standards Preferable a relevant degree in Business or Hospitality Must be at the minimum age to serve alcohol in line with local legislative requirements Personal license is desirable WSET certification is desirable Monitor bar opening and closing duties and completed daily to standard by bartenders * College Degree in Hotel Management
