Introduction:

We're looking for a

Restaurant Manager

for our newly pre-opened concept,

Curlys

a retail grocery store with a beautiful dining space located in Dempsey Hill.

This person will take the charge in driving our restaurant's performance and bringing this concept fully to life. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless, service-driven guest experience Collaborate with the Retail Manager to maintain a cohesive restaurant-retail ecosystem Take full ownership of food cost control, including portioning, inventory management, and wastage reduction Lead, motivate, and develop the team through hands-on guidance, coaching, and performance management Drive all pre-opening initiatives, including SOP development, team recruitment, workflow design, and layout planning Uphold product quality, service standards, and brand consistency while continuously identifying areas for improvement Lead and actively contribute to weekly P&L meetings, using insights to shape strategy and keep the business on track Maintain and enforce high hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all operations

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or similar F&B concept Profit & Loss knowledge Proven experience in pre-opening Passion for hospitality, innovation, and consistently elevating guest experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
