  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and efficient
workflow.
  • Managing staff, including scheduling, training, and ensuring high service standards.
  • Maintaining inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement
of high-quality ingredients.
  • Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer
satisfaction.
  • Monitoring financial performance, including managing budgets, controlling costs,
and achieving revenue targets.
  • Developing marketing strategies and promotional activities to enhance the
restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s visibility and attract customers.
  • Ensuring the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s ambiance and d\xc3\xa9cor are in line with the expectations of
