We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about food and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Monitor inventory, orders, and supplier relationships
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive sales and profitability through promotions and service excellence
- Proven experience in restaurant or F&B management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
