Job Description

Main Responsibilities-Report to the Restaurant Manager-Assist in co-ordinate, organise and make reservation arrangements-Assist in menu planning and send tailored-menu to customers-Answer and attend to all customer's phone calls by carrying company's assigned mobile phone at all times , ensure all customer concerns are met-Attend to walk-in restaurant patrons-Usher customers to their dining table or private room-Assist in monitor customer waiting list and to monitor the table rotation smartly-Keep track of tables turnover promptly to maximized sales-Record regular customers' data to improve "Repeat Customers" rate-Greet good-bye to all the customers. Check and ensure their dining experience has been pleasant and gather feedback-Adhere to company's standard operating procedures-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned-Requirements-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience -Strong interpersonal & public relations skills-Professional & cheerful personality-Assist in post-mortem review by connecting customers to find out if their dining requirements were met-Candidate must have strong command of both Mandarin & English in order to communicate and introduce menu items to customers-Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards-A strong team player
