Summary
  • Overall accountable for QSC, Sales, People and Profit.
  • Develop company goals and objectives and work closely with the team to achieve result.
  • Service and sales incentives as high as $500 monthly.
  • Creative managers who can think out of the box for running of business.
Responsibilities 1) Operations
  • Lead by example, set the best role model
  • Enforce compliance with SOPs
  • Work closely with management team to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Provide enthusiastic and friendly service and develop relationship with customers
  • Handle complaints and concerns of customers
  • Ensure smooth operations of outlet including issues like maintenance, administrative tasks etc.
  • Maintaining Quality, Service and Cleanliness Standards
2) Sales Management / Marketing
  • Achieving sales target. Develop sales proposal to management. Work closely with team members to monitor and improve sales
  • Maintains profitability. Responsible for profit and loss of the outlet
3) Human Resource Management
  • Coach and give feedback to staff on performance
  • Provide on-the-job training for operations and service staff emphasizing on good restaurant service and daily operations procedures
  • Ensure discipline and staff management at the outlet
  • Motivate the team on an ongoing basis, building up a culture of teamwork and customer focus, always adopt a can-do attitude
  • Involve in recruitment and employee issue
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Chinese restaurant management
  • Possess integrity, good interpersonal skills and leadership quality
  • Knowledge of cost of inventory management, hygiene and safety standards
  • An eye for details and meticulous in work delivered
  • Strong analytical skills and has dynamism to deliver results
  • Good command of Mandarin and English (in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers to handle complain and concerns of customers)
  • Computer literacy
  • Commitment to grow with the Organization
