You will be responsible for greeting, preparing and serving food and beverages, delivering excellent customer service. You will also maintain a clean, organized restaurant and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal regulations at all times.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers, take orders and provide recommendations based on preferences
Process customer orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Knowledgeable of food and beverages menus, promote ongoing menu offerings
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food
Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work environment
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition
Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic supplies
Perform and support daily restaurant operations
Requirements
Basic Safety & Hygiene Certification
Customer focused
Operate point-of-sale (POS) accurately and efficiently
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Opening and closing restaurant operations
