Our client is a newly opened restaurant located in a 4-star hotel at Central of Singapore. With head chef from Tokyo, Japan, they are offering wonderful Japanese and French fusion cuisine.:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.- Strategically placing part-time staff in positions and leading by example in the daily operation. - Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.- Provide high quality of customer service to guests.- Perform opening and closing duties.- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.- Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences.- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.- Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.Job Requirements:
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in F&B industry. - Skills in stirring and shaking cocktails are preferred. - Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.- Good team player and self-motivated.- Passionate about service and people.Compensation:
