Adhere to regulations concerning health, safety and other compliance requirements in conjunction to managing brand standards, local government policies and procedures. Roles and Supporting Responsibilities . Ensure that prompt and efficient service is carried out . Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well maintained and orderly . Ensure that the team is always well turned out and that service is well organised . Work with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure that the restaurant is well stocked with the required operating supplies . Ensure that food and beverage orders and other guest requests are promptly executed in line with the operating standards . Ensure the control of guest checks, daily revenues and cashiering procedures are compiled with . Assign and monitor staff breaks and daily allocations under the guidance of the restaurant management . To build excellent rapport with the guests . Be able to recognise our regular patrons and their needs and preferences Job Requirements . 1- 2 years of working experience in a managerial role . Excellent customer service skills and friendly . Positive attitude and excellent communication skills . Well-organised and clean . Keen for opportunities to learn and grow within the organisation . Able to commit to shift work .
