Job Description


Responsible for kitchen operations and preparation, assisting with ordering and inventory, coordinating staff duties, enhancing the quality of our guests\xe2\x80\x99 experience

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous and professional service to customers
  • Ensuring all required ingredients are prepared and ready for service
  • Ensuring safe hygiene practices are maintained at all times
  • Preparation of good quality food on a consistent basis
  • Following the recipes and maintaining the food costs set by the company at all times
  • Ensure legal compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy
Job specifications
  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • High knowledge in kitchen operations
  • Deep knowledge in hot kitchen preparation, including deep frying, charcoal grill and wok-handling
  • Intermediate knowledge in cold food preparation including sushi, raw fish handling, fish scaling
  • Ability to work independently
