Job Description
Responsible for kitchen operations and preparation, assisting with ordering and inventory, coordinating staff duties, enhancing the quality of our guests experience
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous and professional service to customers
- Ensuring all required ingredients are prepared and ready for service
- Ensuring safe hygiene practices are maintained at all times
- Preparation of good quality food on a consistent basis
- Following the recipes and maintaining the food costs set by the company at all times
- Ensure legal compliance with hygiene regulations
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy
- Must be at least 20 years old
- High knowledge in kitchen operations
- Deep knowledge in hot kitchen preparation, including deep frying, charcoal grill and wok-handling
- Intermediate knowledge in cold food preparation including sushi, raw fish handling, fish scaling
- Ability to work independently
