This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of the workers and resources of the restaurant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Assist to hit all financial targets \xc2\xb7 Assist to lead the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld \xc2\xb7 Direct customers to their tables \xc2\xb7 Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods \xc2\xb7 Present menus to customers and answer questions about dishes and make recommendations \xc2\xb7 Setting tables and ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant \xc2\xb7 Serving food and beverages to customers \xc2\xb7 Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers \xc2\xb7 Take directions and guidance from managers \xc2\xb7 Safekeeping of company properties \xc2\xb7 Assist in sending daily sales report \xc2\xb7 Assist to ensure sufficient stocks supplies in the restaurant for smooth operation \xc2\xb7 Assist in cleaning duties \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Min GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience \xc2\xb7 Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred but not required \xc2\xb7 Excellent service skills and possess strong attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 Proven problem-solving abilities \xc2\xb7 Possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage all levels of staff
