Job Description

Summary As an F&B Supervisor in a pre-opening hotel, you will be responsible for assisting the F&B Manager in setting up and managing the F&B operations of the hotel. You will be expected to supervise and train the F&B team to provide excellent customer service to guests, ensure efficient operations, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B Manager in setting up and managing the F&B operations of the hotel

• Supervise and train the F&B team to provide excellent customer service to guests

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the F&B operations

• Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally

• Ensure that the F&B outlets are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked at all times

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the F&B Manager
  

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints and feedback

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, trends, and best practices

• Familiarity with F&B regulations and safety standards in Singapore

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and F&B management systems
