Responsible for the dining experience of guests at Violet Oon ensuring their complete satisfaction from the moment of arrival till departure.
This service objective is achieved through efficient delivery of food and beverage to guests.
Practice established service standards.
The company may due to business needs assign the restaurant Manager to assist/ work in other outlets.
Ensure at all time to uphold and practice Violet Oon Inc Pte Singapore, policies and procedures. This position is not limited to the duties listed below and can be changed, expanded, reduced or eliminated by Violet Oon Inc Pte Singapore to meet the business needs of the company.
To ensure guest receive the highest possible level of service.
Provide service to guests, in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant at all times.
Knowledge of Food and Beverage menu.
Complete all shift opening and closing tasks
Attend daily staff briefing and share information.
Complete tasks assigned as per service standards.
Ensures Standard operating procedures are followed up
Comply to all (SFA) rules and regulations pertaining to sanitation and hygiene.
Check all equipment are maintained and in good working order.
Ensure all areas of the restaurant remain clean and free of clutter.
To order and maintain stock levels to avoid stock outages.
Establish a good relationship between kitchen, and service employees, in order to provide a pleasant and well-organized working environment.
OT Pays on top of salary when above 48Hours/Week
