What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
Lead, train, and energize the front-of-house team
Champion exceptional guest service, every time
Collaborate closely with the kitchen for a smooth service flow
Manage cost controls, stock levels, and reporting
Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
Maintain top-tier hygiene and safety standards
Help plan and execute events and promotions
Foster a vibrant, motivated workplace culture
Who You Are
A proven leader with experience in premium dining or high-end casual concepts
Passionate about hospitality, people development, and operational excellence
Bonus points if you love Thai or modern Asian cuisine
Financially sharp, hands-on, and solution-focused
